Root Cause Review | Functional Lab Strategy Session
This appointment is a strategic starting point for people who know something feels off—and are ready to stop guessing.
During this session, we use key tools to create a clearer picture of what may be affecting your health and whether deeper support is the right next step.
You will receive:
• HQP Stress Scan – A wellness scan designed to evaluate how stress may be impacting the body and common areas commonly affected by stress patterns.
• Optimal Function Lab Review – A functional review of your current labs to look beyond “normal” ranges and identify patterns related to energy, metabolism, inflammation, and nutritional needs. 
If you do not have recent labs, we offer 3 lab panel options to choose from. Labs should be completed approximately 2 weeks prior to your Root Cause Review appointment so results are available for your session.
• Next Step Strategy – Clear guidance on whether you are a good fit for the 4-visit package designed for those ready to take meaningful action and pursue real results.
